was having migraine on sat.. took medi..
migraine cm bk yestrdy (sunday).. didnt take medi..

last nite whn zzz.. felt shivering cold..
is kindna unusual for me cos i am always hot n sweat due to e jab nowadays..
but nt last nite..

tis morning awoke wth no voice..
latr in e aftrn, i hv voice to talk but feeling weak n tired..
measure tempurature ard 1730hrs 37.7..
luckily i wore a thick jacket to wk.. if nt i wil b shivering thru ot..

today is a bz day.. wth many cases to fu..
now, i dun feel like doing anythg..
nt bathing, nt eating, nt drinking.. cn...?

lousy me sick agn.. but i wil b ok tomor.. me strong gal..
bk hm, measure 38.4.. wil take medi latr..

hv nt been updating blog for a week..
to begin wth..

i went for facial last sunday..
has been reali long i didnt go for a facial,
plus i notice i hv many pimples, & sm problem acne tht just nt coming ot..
so.. i went thru a 3hrs of p..a..i..n..
y pain..? cos i hv pimples, black heads, white heads, & oil clot..

e lady squeeze & squeeze & squeeze.. sooooo pain...
cn nt cm ot... she wil use a needle to 'pok'..
thn squeeze agn.. @_@

& she wanted me to try a 'light' thg..
she put alot of cream on my face,
thn she placed an equipmt tht has red colour light on my face..
whn she press, thr is a very very reali bright light..
thn i feel hot.. wow.. is like sm 1 'ironing' my face..
especially tos freckles area.. pain....

thn she suggested, try removing afew of my biggr (more obvious) freckles..
she used smthg to 'burn'.. is PAINFUL..
& i heard 'zzz..zzz..' sound, plus smell burning smell..
aftr e 'burn', she show me tos 5 spots, tos brown colour on my face reali gone..
she said they arent v deep in my skin.. she said they r at my outer layer skin..

now e 5 spots hv scar.. skin growing bk..
hopefully e 5 spot wil clear whn skin grow bk..
thn it wil b worth e pain.. lol..

wil go thr facial agn properly ard end of nxt mth..
hopefully aftr e 1st clean up, nxt facial wil nt b so painful..

stil coughing & he said he feel quite breathless..
doc say he is having slight low blood pressure..
i did a google.. thr r many reasons to low blood..
i wil monitor him.. & wil nag him if thgs didnt improve..

went ovr to my mum's pl for dinr..
didnt go ovr to visit her for quite awhile..
i knw dear dun reali knw hw to eat mum's food,
but he sweet to tell me, "no nd to cook wht special dish, simple hm cook dish ok alrdy.."

pass mum sm $.. cn see she is hapi..
she said wth a big smile 'wow, so much ah, u strike 4D ah..?'

she kip saying i m fat.. @_@
shall go on diet aftr my op..

m hapi cos hard wk show result..
fr 7.0 last mth to 10.9 tis mth, increase of 3.9 count..
wow.. mens & wthot mens make alot of difference..
0.6 more to go to rch 11.5..

doc say i cn no nd to take so many tm medi leow..
as of now, i only nd iron 2x daily, 1 folic acid & 1 calcium..
means 1 day i only take 4 medi.. =)

nxt review 25apr.. doc wil check blood agn & we wil confirm op date..
mean tm, we agreed mid of may.

i woke joey up by LOL (reali laugh out loud) in my dream.. haha..
i remembr, joey & me & anothr person were in a rm..
we were jumping.. & bouncing.. & i cn rch e ceiling..
it was so fun doing tht, jumping.. bouncing..

i had sm gd food, & a gd massage..

6mar (sun) part tm nanny.. & accom my littl darling..

7mar (mon), besides e v bz at wk.. many link failure, & no tm to do my reports..
i met up wth a long tm no see fren.. we chat til 10plus.. i was dead tired..

8mar (tues), stil v bz at wk, & no tm to do reports..
went ovr to see my doc vincent lee cos of sm infection..
due to past history, doc suggested me to send sm sample for a lab test,
i spend $168..

dear cm ovr to dr me hm.. nice of him.. cos i m tired.. wth him fetching me hm,
i cn see him for a short while.. & i cn rch hm earlier.. tks love..

& rch hm, i saw tis on my laptop.. SKII..

gynae called in e morning to inform my lab result ot..
doc wana see me, but cn only see me ard tues nxt week..
i ask thm, cn just gv me medi 1st, cos i wil b seeing him on 25mar (review) anyway..
in e end, doc agreed & they get ready my medi for my collection..

i was hoping e meeting wth PTD to end early, so i cn go collect e medi..
althou i did tot of asking dear to take for me..
but.. in e end, prefer nt to disturb his apptm schedule wth his customers,
& prefer nt to distract him to chiong for sales..

thn... ended up, meeting wth PTD finished ard 5pm, clinic closed...
cun collect medi, & i walked ovr to novena,
bot myself a chk rice wth chk liver as dinr.. went hm & wait for dear to call me..



oh.... & we celebrated jeff's bd wth nothg else except cakes..
he say, no nd sing song, just cut...



12mar (sat, yestrdy morning), woke up wth migraine..
took migraine medi, i took a train to bishan ard 9plus am to take my medi..
doc gave me 2 different types of antibio.. 3x a day..

looking at e medi, i counted.. usual 4 medi 2x a day = 8 pills..
plus tis 2 antibio 3x a day = 6 pills.. meaning, nw i m taking 14 pills a day..
my god.. as much as i dun like.. it seems tht i hv no choice..

i bot sm food for maid & joel & i train hm..
jaslene said wana go hi tea lunch wth joey & ask me to tag along..

we went to a restaurant in holiday inn..




tis were e food i ate for lunch yestrdy..

today is 13mar.. having migraine agn while blogging..

latr see wana take medi nt..

no sign of 'fren'.. which is suppose to b, cos of e $450 jab..

m suppose to 'save' blood.. so hopefully 25mar review wil see an increase of blood level..

didnt sleep well for past 2mths.. every nite wake up few tm.. frankly.. i m tired..

it has bcom, due to didnt zzz well for so long, i get tired rathr easily..

for e past few weeks.. actually sm days i m quite steam.. or stone..

wondering by e tm i go for op.. wil i turn into 'zombie'...?

alrdy hv insomnia issue wthot e jab.. wth e jab now, even worst..

hopefully, aftr e op.. i wil b as strong as i used to b...

thn off we went for massage.. but....
noticed gastric pain.. & wth tht, i wil nt b able to enjoy dinr latr..

luckily thr was a pharmacy.. & i bot gastric medi.. all in malay..



tis was e massage pl we went..



wash wash b4 going in..



e massage was nt bad.. thou we were all new to thai massage..
thou thr were quite alot of 'ouch ouch ouch'.. lol..



i felt much bettr aftr medi & massage.. no more gastric pain..

& off we went for our dinr..

i stole 1 durian fr thm.. haha..

aftr all tis was ard 10plus pm alrdy.. & off we went bk to singapore..

enjoy e 'ouch ouch' massge.. quite fun..

nxt tm wil make sure i dun go too hungry..
