wakes up wth v bad migraine tis morning..
tot i cn hv a v gd rest today..
tot i cn sleep like pig til late morning..

open my eye ard 8plus wth pain on my usual side of head..
try sleeping bk.. but cun..

wake up, ate medi & try go bk to sleep..
twist & turn..
on & off kndna sleep till 12noon..

was surprise.. cos stil pain.. quite pain..
which usually e pain wil stop aftr 2-3hrs of medi..
but nt today.. >.<"

cun eat anythg, feel like throwing ot..
even e smell of food makes me feel so so sick..

tried eating a mouth of chk rice..
wana throw ot.. sigh..

oni til ard 3plus gona 4pm,
cn manage to eat ard 3/4 of my favourate blueberry pancake..

stil pulling while dropping these notes dwn..
wish it wil go away sn.. :-(

and i was hapi tht for e mth of jun09 oni 1x...

migraine reali sucks...
