had a long day today...
so many calls...
many critical faults..

thr was an hr, we hv 17 calls... 16 in 5secs, 1 in 10sec...
& tis 17calls r just e main line numbr..
exclude engineers call bk inform arrive at site..
exclude engineers call bk to update case..
exclude other projects call,
such as ia, afiz, pcggies, etc etc etc..

i took my books to wk tis morning..
m thinkjing of, clear sm emails, check cases,
reply sm emails, send sm reports.. etc,
& i'l start read up my text ard aftrn...
but...... i cun... cos so bz...

& my mee soup tht sue bot for me for lunch..
bcom all dry up..
bcom my dinr...
cos i oni hv tm to eat ard 6plus pm.....

haiz...

thn i stay behind..
cos no c3 staff...
today oni got sue & jay..
i left office ard 8plus pm...

feel drain off...

wanted to call dear..
just wana feel he is beside me...
but..

sigh... i nd staffs...............
ask me to wk smart...
