we wana watch jay's concert..
& we knw e 2nd concert booking will start on 22apr @9am..
waited patiently for tht day to cm..
i went to sistic online ticketing @0901hrs.
hope to get 2 tics..
but..........................................
i cun go in their website,
wth many different error msg..
sm tm lag, load v long & stil loading..
i call their hotline..
engage, engage & nothg but engage...
i repeatedly refresh their website &
dialing their hotline...
till.............................. ard 1030hrs,
aftr numerous number of attempt for 1.5hrs..
I GV UP..
disappointingly i told dear,
sigh.. nvm la.. dun watch alrdy la..
& we noticed all tickets were gone !
we saw ppl writing in to stomp..
stating : Jay Chou concert: 'Sold out' in 20mins..
but tics appear on black market at $600..
my god..
i agree wth stompers saying sistic did a lousy job..
nobody undrstd hw e tickets were sold out within mins..
tis is their 4th tm as organisers for a Jay Chou concert,
so sistic shd knw bettr wht kind of crowd to expect..
whnever thr is a major concert here,
e booking system will break down in e first hour or so,
whethr for Internet bookings or ovr e phone..
& even e system at sistic counters were nt working at well..
tis is nt e 1st tm such thgs happened..
& nothing has been changed or improved...
worst of all thr is always a $3 administrative charge
for each ticket we purchase!
plus, we hv to pay extra for mailing or self collection,
fr $0.20 - $1 respectively..
wth such lousy service,
wht admin charges are we talking about..?
sistic shd do away e charges until they replace a bettr
system to work efficiently first..
it seems like we hv no choice as SISTIC is e one & only
ticketing company here for major gigs.
mayb is tm to hv anothr ticketing organization..
thn we will all Boycott sistic !
