went foot reflex..
has been quite awhile didnt go..
& my bk, especially shoulder has been aching since reports..

e guy said my whole neck & shoulder r v v stiff..
& i noticed thr r quite a few 'lumps' ard e shouldr & neck area..
he used alot of strength to 'make' tos 'lumps'..
ok.. is pain..............
& i m like... 忍.........

today feel my shoulder is much 'loosen'..
nt so stiff & ache as compare..
hmm.. guess massage reali helps..

shd i go like.. weekly.. to destress e muscle..?
