mei mei is so sweet..
she go google everythg abt iron..
thn she put on her blog..
& she highlight tos tht r importn in RED..

in her blog, she wrote wht food contain iron..
1) egg yolk..
2) dried fruits (such as prunes, apricots and raisins)..
3) fish (such as shellfish, mussels, anchovies, clams, sardines and oysters)..
4) dark meat (such as lamb, beef, liver and other organs, as well as pork).. but in moderate amounts.. cos overdo with dark meat may increase you risk for heart disease..
5) whole wheat meal (such as whole wheat bread are excellent sources of iron as well as other minerals)..
6) breads, cereals, pastas and white rice are made with refined flour that is enriched with iron.
7) leafy vegetables (such as turnips and broccoli) not only contain significant amounts of iron, they are also a great source for magnesium, phosphor and calcium..

haha... of a sudden, she has bcom my mum..

i wil do my best to increase my blood level to min 11.5 within tis 2 mths..
