I like to highlight the pleasant experience I had working with Jesmine Wong from the ______ Helpdesk.

I called the _____ Helpdesk very frequently when I was the Programme Manager for the ______ system. Each time I called the Helpdesk, I always request to speak to Jesmine because I find her reliable. I am pleasantly surprised that, despite my near random time of calling, Jesmine is always at her desk. I can only conclude that Jesmine is very dedicated member of your team.

Whenever I made a request for her to explain procedures, request for statistics, or asked for documents, Jesmine never failed to provide the answers or service I needed. Jesmine was able to anticipate what her customer wants, even when her customer had difficulties describing the problems they were facing.

She respond swiftly to my many requests. I always look forward to receive her work because I find her meticulous and organised.
