Angry AL!
I am so freaking angry with LA!!!!
Thanks to YOU! the 3 ladies din get to eat lunch today! >:-(

Today was so freaking busy till the extend that no 1 hour was peaceful.

And YOU still can come in and say why can't we hit YOUR quota?!
(YOUR quota = 60 per shift per pax hor)

Seriously wth! Hello! It's a new project to us lor! Seriously,
YOU can't compare us with the old birds in the previous place right?
(old birds = 100+ per shift per pax)

And hello excuse me! The previous place had way more people than us!
And they only concentrated on this 1 thing!
of cos they can produce way better results!
Ask them come CX, they probably will kee chia also lor!

For us? By right 8 people are needed to run, till date YOU had NIL!
Hello! NIL hor!

Moreover, we had to cater ourselves for many other things!
Today, we din even had the time to key iXs sr lor!

Imagine, having to face 3 monitors, 2 keyboard + mouse,
2 CPUs and 1 phone everyday!

log case must use cpu and monitor 1.
Other time must do de using the remaining 2 monitors + cpu2.
Sticky case come must send email on cpu3.
Suay suay got nx, need to run over to cpu4.

Very glad that I haven twist my neck or back yet ok!

What 5 entries per hour, 60 per day?!
5 x 12 = 60 ?

Then HELLO! Where is my 45 mins lunch break YOU deducted my pay for?
Kns! If I managed to key 60 a day, will YOU return me my 45mins?

We were so famished this afternoon, and YOU just stormed in
and questioned J why we couldnt hit YOUR dam target.
I believed at that point of time, YOU had alrdy eaten YOUR lunch,
prolly took more than an hour to do so?

We were famished YOU know!

I dun understand why, why YOU keep pressing J when the target cannot be accomplished?
Why must YOU make it as thou we are not putting in effort?

YOU first day in CX ah?
YOU dunno our call flow is not consistent one meh?

Ok lor. YOU ask all CX users dun call. Or fairly well, since
YOUR project more important, we drop all CX lor.
Cater all our time to YOUR proj!

And FYI! The guy who sat there whole day solely doing this cannot
hit YOUR target too ok!

Stop comparing us with the previous staffs handling this!
There are hell lot of short forms and hell lot of terms in
each and every little email ok! We are totally new to this,
we need to refer back to the excel every now and then!

Dun make it sound so easy ok. YOU tell me where is ningbo?
Where is Pusan? Where is Busan? YOU tell me what is aebb?

YOU come in and key for 1 shift la!
Keep pressing and forcing us also no use!
We are already trying our best..
To keep up the accuracy of every entry submitted by referring
every term that we dun understand instead of anyhow classifying it.

I know now YOU are looking at the quantity. But for sure, sooner or later,
YOU will start pinpointing us in the quality!

And please stop pressing our dear J! YOU force her also no use!
She doesn't have any magic pill that will make our hands
type faster or stop users from calling.
Neither is she able to make us memorize all the bloody short forms faster!
It really pissed us off when we see YOU keep pestering her for results!

Dam it! I am so angry!
Even after grumbling, I am still very angry!

So angry because YOU make me go hungry! I love food a lot ok!

i cn see, hw upset she is..
i m touch by her 'heartache me'..

ever since we take tis project,
we r all v bz..
dun hv tm to online stream,
dun hv tm to doze..
to e extend, dun reali hv tm to eat..

handling our usual many projects,
wth just 2 day staffs & 2 nite staffs,
plus meeting data entry quota is reali crazy..

we r all stress up by al..
especially me.. lol..
he wil walk in & ot of our rm every now & thn,
asking.. hw.? y like tht..? cn nt like tht.. etc etc etc..
all i cn say is, i was being 'keep pressing' by al since day 1..

who knws, perhaps e migraines were contributed by him.. lol..

whn i told him, we nt able to meet up his expectation,
his face went black.. lol
whn i told him i dun knw hw to do e othr email system,
he said "jes...... hw cn u dun knw..?" "hw m i gona answer customer..?"
i was rathr furious... m thinking, if u think we all no gd,
all including me cun meet up to ur expectation,
thn we shall all leave.. i wil leave..

frankly, wth 2 staffs per shift, both bz wth own project thg,
both bz wth data entry, to meet up to SLA 200 a day,
who wil hv e tm to care abt e othr email system...?

he was v furious abt night shift staffs,
cos wth just a few calls a night,
data entry is so little..
day cn hv ard 20 whn day is much more bz thn night,
he was reali angry whn he saw night only key in 5-15..

he told me, if tis goes on, he wil b force to see cctv..
he wil nd to gv discipline action..

comparing previous company (NCS) data entry speed wth us is unfair..
looking at their records of min 100 per staff per shift (12hrs),
ours only 20-50 per staff per staff..
they did nt handle othr projects,
solely data entry of cos cn hit 100,
plus, they r 'senior', we r just few days old only..
hw to compare..?

frankly, i heartache my staffs..
their OT minus away thr 45mins lunch,
but data entry eat up their 45mins..
in total they lost ot 90mins a day..

tis new project r suppose to hv full tm agents to key data..
none cm in.. tapping into our current (just enough staffs) strength,
it reali add on alot of load for them..

on top of tht, night staffs r make to fill up a hourly form,
on activities they do every hourly..
seriously, i find tis is a humiliating..
tht shows tht thr is no faith, no trust towards thm..

i wasnt hapi abt all tis..
felt sori for my staffs, for nt being appreciated..
stay behind to learn plus teach but no OT given..

wil u support sm1 who dun hv employees' heart..?
sad to say, i wun..
so, now we r mainly doing wht is 'needed',
thr wil nt be any extra miles fr all of us..
