has been increasing..
looking at my record for tis yr,

yestr aftrn migraine on std by,
& got worst ard evening..
dear drove me hm & wan me to take medi..
took medi & went for e pain massage dwn str..
felt bettr latr tht night..

thn tis morning woke up wth migraine on std by agn..
boooooooo.. hw irritating..
sitting here blogging now,
stupid migraine got slightly worst.. sigh..

looking at e pattern..
start to wonder y may & jun dun hv..?

may was my operation mth.. thn mc to end of jun,
bk to wk in jul11..

support phone wasnt wth me,
no nd to wori abt wk,
no nd to wori abt nite phone wil ring..

perhaps were due to all tis,
thus no migraine in may & jun..?

shall monitor..
long ago was only once a mth..
thn slowly abt 2x a mth..
hopefully wil nt b 3x a mth..
