wht a monring..
tis morning before i rch office,
otk apps me said,
thr were two 2hrs response emails went ot oni ard 9plus pm yestrdy..
he said daren called HD to check..
rch office checked HD outlook,
noticed thr is a pop up, "send & recvd error"..
wanted to log a case wth IT, but didnt see jeya..
til almost 12pm, i walk to e othr rm to ask whr is jeya,
thn i was told tht she is on mc today.. >.<"
reported a fault to anothr malay staff..
nxt, recvd an email fr TA (not nasty but rathr formal),
asking me to remind staffs nt to ask users to reboot all ws..
especially divisions & triple 9..
TA also ask abt 1 case, SA said reported @2205hrs,
y HD log e case @2350hrs...
whn thru all voice recording to find tht call..
pull call stats to see wht tm SA called..
conclusion was, SA called at 23:33:54,
call ended at 23:37:14..
Case log aftr 12mins..
email e call stats spreadsheet & e voice recording to TA..
thn olevel TL called, ask abt a fault tht was undr otk..
Olevel TL said engineer H told him HD didnt log e case properly,
& he went site to just reboot, system ok leow..
i went thru voice recording agn,
found tht call, otk did confirmed e fault wth user,
he also asked user whethr she reboot e system,
user replied alrdy did but problem persist..
angry i called olevel TL.. i nag & nag at him..
on top of tis 3 incidents in e morning,
thr was tis idiot, knock our door..
otk open e door, i look at him,
he said " u hv cups...?"
i look at him, replied v firmly "NO"..
do i look like i owe him cups...??
or do i look like i m incharge of CUPS...?
