notice i hv got cloudy, powdery urine tis few days..
was littl worry, i went google..
e results were fascinating.. lol

ranging fr :-

drink nt enough water,
kidney problem,
just had sex,
too much protein intake,
urinary track infection,
breast cancer..

after reading so much,
hv no idea which is right.. lol

so i decided to begin wth drink more watr & monitor..

wil properly take up e full body check up end of nxt yr or beginning of 2014..
hopefully my body stil ok after 43yrs of usage..

thts my dad.. in nuh..
so thin now.. properly wil discharge nxt 1-2 days..
mum kip wanting him to go nursery hm wth government subsidy..
social worker said he hasnt rch tht kind of bed stage,
whr he cun get ot of bed, or need help on food intake,
government subsidy nursery wil nt take him in..
plus even if he rch tht category,
waiting list is almost a yr..

suggested a day care wil help him to improve his physical (muscle)..
always on bed wil only decrease his physical..
wil result in muscle 'movement' decrease..
he wil nt b able to cm dwn of bed or even turn on bed,
if he continue lying on bed..

actually, dad no nd to go any centre at all..
if mum to hv more patience wth him,
if mum is able to make him walk ard,
b it dwn str or at hm..
if mum is able to make him eat more..
if she nag lesser..
he is actually ok, just lack of movement & many vits..

talked to mum, suggested to her, explained to her..
she just wana stick to her idea.. getting him out of her sight..
she said, to spend few hundreds for a day care,
she rather put him hm.. she wana see mp..
she is asking whether thr is cheaper day care..
thn she say to fetch him down str is 'taxing' for her..

e day care fees is few hundreds a mth..
i knw is quite alot..

brothr wil b in unpaid anothr mth.. thn it would b as gd as zero income..

looking at my dad..
i always cun help thinking,
wht is gona happen whn i m old..?

dear say wana try all different food..

for sm reason, e thoughts of living together wth him makes me happy..
for sm reason, i knw selling away his current hse wil nt happen..
for sm reason, i would prefer him to sell away his hse to hv a clean cut..
for sm reason, i knw thr wil b a '3rd world war' if he is gona sell it..

i think, to play safe... is bettr to nt sell 1st til grandma, or his dad passed away..
thn, chances of 3rd world war wil reduced..
