wk has been rather tiring lately. . since Ben left, & khair transfer ot. .
cutting cost, lesser & lesser head count...

taking note on boss existing floater, managing staffs' OT,
balancing between boss expectation, staffs expectation,
understanding each & individual wants & needs..

I tell myself,  I cun expect them to feel like me,
I cun expect them to react like me,
I cun hv in mind thinking they shd know..

my right hand going for a long holiday tomorrow. .
hope she hv fun thr.. spend quality tm with boo..
make it a sweet memorable 1..

both left and right hand will nt b ard next couple of hols..
1 of e mth is beginning of report weeks...

is tm to push my limit to e next level...
